Fruit smoothies all the way! :) Blend bananas and any other fruit you’d like for a good creamy smoothie. If you don’t want just fruit, just avoid processed carbs (such as bagels) as that is not a good start for your day. You might also try oatmeal with toppings on it like cinnamon and fruit!
